How to send money with Western Union:
Step 1.
Fill out a 'To Send Money' form at any participating Western Union ® Agent Location.
Step 2.
Give money, form and service fee to Agent clerk.
Step 3.
You will obtain a receipt and a 10-digit Money Transfer Control Number (MTCN). Call your receiver and provide them with the 10-digit MTCN and the amount of money sent.
How to receive money with Western Union:
Step 1.
Fill out a 'To Receive Money' form at a Western Union ® Agent Location.
Step 2.
Give the form, current government-issued photo ID and 10-digit MTCN to the Agent clerk.
Step 3.
Agent clerk will give the money in cash or cheque, and a receipt.
